1. Booking Confirmation
Deposit of 30% of the total stay amount via bank transfer or credit card.
Advance payment of 100% of the stay amount via bank transfer or credit card.
Rate including insurance: advance payment with insurance coverage according to the policy terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate: 100% refund of the deposit for cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rate: 100% of the deposit paid is retained.
- BeSafe Rate Plus: Refund of up to 100% for documented reasons in accordance with the insurance policy.
Note: Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay.

🔑 Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Access available for an additional fee and upon reservation, subject to availability.
